All custom email infrastructure engagements require a defined specification review before deployment. Invoices are issued upon completion of documented architectural milestones or according to agreed retainer schedules. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate administrative access and cooperating during DNS record provisioning.

Commailer provides technical engineering based on verified protocols. Because inbox placement depends on third-party mail provider policies and continuous domain reputation management, we do not warrant guaranteed inbox delivery rates. Liability is strictly limited to the direct fees paid for the specific service engagement.
